Partnership

In a partnership, there should be at least two persons. The partners jointly contribute their resources and share the profits derived from the partnership according to the profit-sharing ratios as stated in the partnership agreement, if any. There are no restrictions on the way the partnership can run its business provided the business is not illegal and not prohibited by the partnership agreement, if any.

經營合伙業務

經營者必須在開業後一個內到商業登記處申請， 便可以營運，每年只需續領商業登記證便可， 在合伙企業中，至少應有兩個合伙人。 合伙人共同貢獻他們的資源和技能，並根據合伙制定協議中規定的利潤分配比例（如有）分享由合伙經營中獲得的利潤。 只要業務不違法且合伙協議不禁止（如果有），合伙企業經營業務方式冇任何限制，他除了所有得的利潤，但亦承擔所有的風險。若然企業資金不足, 亦需償還所有債務，經營者可能要被迫出售其個人財產（如果有）以清償企業的債務。
